Terms and Conditions

Welcome to FuntoSwim! By enrolling or participating in our swimming lessons, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment and Registration

1.1 All participants must complete the online registration form prior to attending lessons.
1.2 Enrollment operates on a perpetual, year-round basis. Fees are charged monthly, and your spot is secured as long as your account remains active.

2. Payment Policy

2.1 Monthly fees are automatically charged via the customer portal.
2.2 Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in the cancellation policy.
2.3 Any unpaid fees may result in the suspension of lessons until payment is received.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 To cancel, written notice must be provided before the 1st of the following month to avoid being charged for that month.
3.2 If a cancellation occurs mid-month, no refunds will be processed for the remaining lessons in the current month.
3.3 Make-up tokens remain valid under the terms specified in the make-up policy, even after cancellation, as long as they are within their validity period and the participant re-enrolls.

4. Make-Up Lessons Policy

4.1 Make-ups are only available if the absence is marked in the customer portal at least 2 hours prior to the lesson.
4.2 After the missed lesson has passed, the system will automatically issue a make-up token, which is valid for two months.
4.3 Make-up lessons:

• Are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• Hold no monetary value and cannot be transferred between family members or refunded.
• Cannot be rescheduled once booked.

4.4 Make-up tokens are only available for active members.

• Members who cancel their enrollment cannot book make-up lessons unless they re-enroll before the token expires.

5. Safety and Parental Responsibilities

5.1 Parents and guardians must remain on-site for children under the age of 5 during lessons.
5.2 FuntoSwim instructors are responsible for students only during their scheduled lesson times.
5.3 For the safety of all participants, children must follow pool safety rules and instructions from instructors at all times.

6. Pool Use and Facilities

6.1 Our pool is maintained at a temperature of 30°C or higher for year-round comfort.
6.2 FuntoSwim is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged on the premises.
6.3 Participants must notify staff of any medical conditions, including allergies, that may affect their ability to participate.

7. Media Release

7.1 Photographs or videos may be taken during lessons for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your or your child’s image to be used, please notify us in writing.

8. Liability Waiver

8.1 FuntoSwim takes every precaution to ensure the safety of participants. However, swimming involves inherent risks. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept these risks and release FuntoSwim from liability for any injuries sustained during lessons.

9. Public Holidays and Weather

9.1 Lessons do not run on public holidays, and credits will not be issued for these missed classes.
9.2 Lessons will proceed in all weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the management.

10. Communication

10.1 FuntoSwim communicates updates via email, SMS, or the customer portal. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure contact details are current.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

11.1 FuntoSwim reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or on our website.
